Booking a outdoor stage usually isn’t as straight forward as booking a sound system for example. With this in mind we have made it our mission to make your experience in booking a stage with us as easy as A,B,C.
Through the years of trading we have built our business to make it a one stop shop for everything event related as well as outdoor stage hire. This means as well as booking a stage with us, you can also build a complete audio, visual and special effects package.
We stock a range of sound systems for all size events and space with various rigging options as well. We have a range of outdoor lighting effects meaning, you can have your ideal light show in all weathers due to their weather proof IP ratings.

When booking a stage with us, you will also be supplied Risk Assessment and Method Statement Documentation (RAMS) custom to your’e event.
8 X 6 Meter Arch Roof Covered Outdoor Stage - £1,500 ex VAT
Our largest stage is the 8X6 Meter Covered Outdoor Stage. This consists of 4 Arches which can be used to hang Lighting, Special Effects and much more.
This is our most popular stage which takes roughly 3-4 hours to build.

6 X 4 Meter Covered Outdoor Stage - £1,100 ex VAT
A compact 6 x 4 Meter covered outdoor stage. Suited for sporting events, corporate functions and music festivals. Also ideal for Christmas light switch on and other town center events.

What outdoor stages do you stock?
As well as stocking indoor stage platforms, we have our outdoor stages available to hire. The small of the 2 stages is the 6 X 4 Meter Outdoor Stage. This structure is a popular choice for smaller scale community events, day festivals, Christmas light switch on and much more. Our second outdoor stage structure is our 8 X 6 Meter Arch Roof Stage. This stage is more ideal for music festivals, larger scale outdoor events and much more.
All our outdoor stages are stocked in house and will be erected by our onsite team. The 6 X 4 only takes 2.5 hours to build with the 8 X 6 taking 4 hours. Both stages dismantle down to a size that can fit in 1 long wheel base van for the 6 X 4 and 2 vans for the 8 X 6 meaning access isn’t a problem too.
We can also provide full event production due to stocking Sound, Lighting, Video Wall and Event Power Solutions.
